My little lady gets her ears pierced!

I am so proud of my Lola doll. We went into Clarie's to buy a hat and came out with 2 studs in Lola's ears. She has been wanting this for a while but since she had a birthmark on her ears when she was born we couldn't until it cleared up a bit.

She shed a couple tears but was happy to pierce the lady back!

TOP 10 Update October 2009

Okay I told myself I would be such a good Blogger. It has been several months since I last blogged so I wanted to update everyone with my list of TOP 10 new/interesting happenings in the Crawford household.

10. Lola is now attending pre-K at Lamb of God

9. Goose has a speech therapist that comes to our house once a week to work with him one on one. He is doing really well and probably wont need her much longer but I love the fun puzzles and games she plays with him. See pic of Goose and Tay-tay

8. Goose is Michael Jackson and Lola is Dr. Conrad Murray for Halloween. It is in incredibly poor taste but so am I!

7. Lola is now reading! She is doing a great job sounding out her words!

6. mike and I have been married 7 years this past August! I love you baby, you are the cutest hubby in the world!

5. I am still in grad school which takes up all my free time.

4. Goose is potty trained as of his 2nd birthday. I would give him credit but I did potty train 3 kids by age 2 so I will give myself a hand on the back!

3. We got a fish. Mike went on a hunt for buried treasure in the desert (yes, this is true. He is crazy and that's why I love him) but came home with a gold fish. Lola named her Ella Zoe.

2. We went to visit our wonderful Uncle Stu and Tia Sandy in Texas this past August.

Halloween 2008

This year Lola wanted to be a princess hamburger while Goose was a hot dog. We went trick or treating around the neighborhood and the kids got lots of candy. Mike spent 3 days decorating the front yard. We only had one trick or treater and he was too scared to knock on the door. Mike dressed up as Mark Twain and I was Amy Winehouse. We had a Halloween party and our friend's Ken and Denise dressed up like me and Mike.

Steph's Wedding

So I have been really busy with Stephanie's wedding. For those of you that don't don't know her she was my next door neighbor when I was growing up. I had the pleasure of being her bridesmaid and I was VERY BUSY. 1st was the shower, then the bachelorette party followed by the rehearsal and then the Wedding June 14th. Here are pictures from it all.

Lola and Goose's 1st haircut

Both the kids got their first haircuts. Lola is 3 and Goose is 1. I wanted to wait untril Gustavo turned 3 but Mike said he looked like a crazy surfer kid so I needed to cut it. Here is Goose before and after and Lola at the Salon. I cut Goose's at home.

Lola's 3rd Birthday! 6/21/08

I started out by taking picture of her on the counter for her invitation. She is such a ham! She had a perfect Princess Pool Party with 50 of her closest friends. She got a giant pony (fake), a trampoline and a special appearance by Princess Purple!
